At Martzippo, customer satisfaction is central to our business. If you’re unhappy with your order, our return process is designed to be hassle-free and transparent. Below is an overview of how returns and refunds work.

Products can be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please be aware that certain products—such as custom-made items or those with hygiene considerations—are not eligible for return.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. We cannot accept returns beyond this period.

To initiate a return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without this number, your return may not be processed.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, or taxes.

If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact our support team if needed.

Sale items are returnable, but refunds will be calculated based on the discounted purchase price.

For exchanges, contact us to check product availability and arrange the exchange. Price differences and additional shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before proceeding.

When sending returns, please pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents, clearly label the RA number, and ship via a traceable courier.

Restocking fees may apply depending on the item and its condition. Unless the return is due to our mistake, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
